These terms apply to your use of Trikaal at https://trikaal.unifoedu.com and any related apps (the "Service"), operated by Vireon International Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Trikaal provides chat consultations in Vedic astrology, numerology and palmistry. All Trikaal experts are artificial intelligence (AI), not human astrologers. Readings are generated automatically from the details you provide and the traditions of each discipline.
2. For guidance and entertainment only
Readings are offered for spiritual guidance, self-reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of guaranteed outcomes and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Do not rely on a reading for decisions about health, money, legal matters or safety; consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Your account and details
You agree to give accurate birth and contact details. You are responsible for activity on your device and account.
5. Wallet, pricing and payments
- The Service uses a prepaid wallet. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change; changes do not affect balance already purchased.
- A message is charged only when the expert's reply is delivered. If a reply fails, you are not charged.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Wallet balance has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be used on Trikaal. Bonus and welcome credits are promotional and are not refundable.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including sending unlawful, abusive or harmful content, attempting to break or overload the Service, reselling it, or using it to harm others. We may suspend access for misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Trikaal name, design and software belong to us. You may use the readings you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on readings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Contact and grievances
