Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Vireon International Private Limited ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you use Trikaal. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for users in the EU/UK, the GDPR.
1. Data we collect
- Details you give us: name, date, time and place of birth, gender (optional), your main area of concern, and your questions.
- Palm photos you choose to upload for a palmistry reading.
- Payment records: amount, date and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Contact details if you write to us (email or phone).
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.
2. How we use it
- To calculate your kundli and numerology numbers and to generate your readings.
- To process payments, maintain your wallet and handle refunds.
- To respond to support requests and prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. AI processing
To produce a reading, your question, relevant birth details and any palm photo are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) for processing. The provider processes this data to generate the reply under its commercial terms.
4. Where data is stored
In the current version of the website, your profile, chat history and wallet balance are stored on your own device (in your browser). Clearing your browser data removes them. Payment records are kept by us and Razorpay as required by law.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Trikaal (AI processing, payments, hosting) and when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally 8 years). Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, by writing to enquiry@unifoedu.com.
8. Children
Trikaal is not intended for children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
